I shaw this similar earring in a stall and decided try out with wire.
Here's my experimental piece :-)
Below is the wire routing diagram for you to try out.Use 0.3mm wire (preferably coloured wire), pull tide every time you curve the wire from the centre. Remember the 8 small beads in the centre must be as close as possible to each other.
