I’ve written an article in the past about polymer clay and how cute you can make things tiny by molding, shaping and mixing colors out of polymer clay and using our imagination. Polymer clay is becoming popular as a medium in creating jewelries for fashion and I also know that we can use polymer clay to make picture frames, though I have never tried it, and almost any stuff we can think of. But this idea from Jill Palumbo of Palumbo Polymer Jewelry is something new to me - incorporating pictures, sort of, making a mini-picture frame and using them in creating a jewelry piece.
There are mini-frames and lockets that we can buy in the market that we can use as charms but what Jill did was create a mini-frame from polymer clay and had the pictures pasted onto the clay.
Cute and sweet, isn’t it? Really something to keep!
Having your loved ones pictures all the time and like, wearing them is something special.
Jill is kind enough sharing her idea through her free tutorial on how to make this keepsake.
Thanks Jill!
