My Sister's Dream

 My sister sent me this extremely long text message this morning. I just had to share! I added pictures, this is how I saw it happening in my mind!

So, last night I had a dream that me, you and some other girl got a house for a summer on some beach. And there were three bedrooms and one of the bedrooms was the entire upstairs.. And I got that room, but the people that lived there before us, their daughter went through an exorcism.

I didn't want that room cause crosses kept falling, but you guys madddeee me stay up there. The first night we were there you and the other girl were out til like 3am and I was home cause I wasn't 21 and all this shit was happening and I called you and you were like sorry we're not coming home! 

So instead of flying back to Mass I took a cruise home, and we hit a rock.. And in the water were these huge fish that if we jumped in we were dead.. But the ship was sinking and somehow you ended up on the boat.. 

The water was too shallow so the ship stopped sinking, and it was now dinner time and dinner was being served on top deck cause bottom was under water.

And I was so stressed that I was talking to you about it and I threw my dinner plate on the table and I crushed all your mozzarella sticks...

and you got so mad and threw me overboard and before I hit water I woke up hahahahahahaaha

The only logical response? Damn you for crushing my mozzarella sticks!

Day Five: Pay Day Rants, Tattoos and Cookout!

So, it's payday. I'm not sure if I've ever voiced my opinion about how much I hate direct deposit. I don't like having the money go into one spot. I like having a check in my hand, going to the bank, cashing it..and deciding how much I want to keep there. I live by the envelope system. I have since I was 16 and I really don't see myself ever backing away from it. I think it's hard for people to understand how it works. Danny doesn't. He just knows we are saving money. Anyway, today was payday. I had a fit this morning about how much I hate direct deposit...and then we moved on and I filled up my envelopes.

Me and Michelle went to Walmart to get stuff for the cookout. Like I said, it's payday. She thought it was so funny that everyone was stocking up on things for the next few weeks. I just think it's funny that you can tell when the entire town gets paid. Do most people just do their grocery shopping on payday? Maybe it's with the help of the envelope system that we go every week. I can't imagine getting everything I need/want only twice a month.

Okay moving on from my rant!!

Me and Michelle got tattoos today! We both got "Let It Be." She got it on her foot, I got mine on my wrist. That makes number 7 for me. And way more for Michelle! I just decided that someday I'm going to do a blog entry on all of HER tattoos! As usual the tattoo artist thought it was my first one. I guess I should start getting bigger more obvious ones! AND he thought all The Beatles were still alive...he must live under a rock!

We had a cookout tonight! The four of us, Reina and Dave, and Dan and Natosha. We had wayyy too much food. Reina made an awesome dessert, we named it the candy apple dip. It was a-maaa-zing! Miley even had a little play date!

Somehow we ended up at the bowling alley. Very rowdy, some of the boys had way too much to drink. It was a fun time hanging out with everyone! 

Day Two: Beach

Of course, when I have people down from Massachusetts the weather takes a turn for the worse. They must have brought the crappy, overcast weather with them. Luckily, we did make it to the beach while it was still a little sunny out. And it was HOT. Like, my skin felt like it was on fire...even with my SPF 50!

I'm a huge dummy. I brought my camera...with no memory card. And my sister, being a typical sister, won't let me use HER pictures until SHE posts them on HER Facebook. So, I'm forced to use crappy phone pictures!

Keith decided he wanted an adventure at the beach, so he took off on his "man-walk" to the pier. Which was so far away that I couldn't even get a decent picture of it! Me and Michelle tried to catch crabs but every time I got one it freaked me out. Creepy crawly! We chatted and got some rays. I'm not sure how long Keith was gone for but it seemed like for-ev-er.

We were going to get tattoos. But I guess "my" tattoo place isn't open on Tuesday. Such a random day to be closed! So instead we went home and waited for Danny to get out of work. The clouds rolled in and it looked like it was going to downpour! Luckily it held out til after we grilled out for dinner. We had awesome steaks, veggies and risotto cakes. YUM!

Me and Danny are used to doing nothing during the week. It's hard to think of things to do at night, in a town that shuts down at 5PM. We headed to the mall, I'm pretty sure we were the only ones there. The boys just finished an intense game of Wii golf. And now we're gonna pop some popcorn and watch a movie. Now we just have to decide which one!


Danny is officially on leave for the rest of the week! Tomorrow starts all the fun!

Day One: Aquarium and A Pizza Party

It's shark week at the aquarium! It was kind of a lame shark week (it was just extra placards with information) but I love the aquarium. Me and Michelle walked around together..Keith took off and wanted to see everything first. We found him staring at the huge aquarium while we were still wandering around looking at everything else!

We had a pizza party for dinner! You all KNOW I love interactive food and getting people into the kitchen. I made a pesto pizza, everyone else had cheese, pepperoni and veggies. They all looked SO yummy!

Right now the guys are playing some Wii golfing and just relaxing for the rest of the night. It's just so great having them here..and Miley is LOVING all of the extra attention. We have SO much planned for the rest of the week! Hopefully the "50/50 chance of rain" will lean more towards the no rain!

This is (hopefully) my last post on Danny's computer. Keith fixed my computer! I'm PSYCHED!
