This lovely set was created after I was randomly looking through some Peruvian Ceramic Beads. I saw these beautiful blue fairy's and had to have! Mix in some seed beads and tiny sapphire colored crystals, and you have a beautiful set of jewelry for a beautiful lady out there, somewhere, waiting to buy it :) Earrings are approximately 1 3/4 inches long. The necklace is approximately 17 1/2 inches long with the pendant measuring another 3/4's of an inch.

Exciting News!

As you probably remember, I had to give up my radio show awhile ago because I've been too ill to meet the commitment. Well, a couple of weeks ago Rod contacted me and asked me if I wanted to write the weekly artist feature for the station! I was so excited! I had a lot of fun putting this necklace together! It's a nice mix of the sweetness of Spring and a little bit of punk. I made it using black hemp and white wood beads. Each bead has fun spring flowers on it.

I'm very excited to be offering this as my weekly special! This is one of my favorite creations, for so many reasons. If your a major Heroes fan (like myself), you'll recognize this symbol as one that mysteriously appeared over and over, espcially in the beginning. It's supposed to represent a fusion of the Japanese Kanji for "God" and "send." 

One of the reasons I love this piece so much is that it was the first difficult pattern that I greated. Now, some beadweavers might look at that and go "huh, not THAT hard." And maybe one day I will too, but this was my first pattern that wasn't simply geometric designs. It's also proven to be extremely popular! I made one over Christmas (no pictures unfortunately) in black and silver, and the picture below was another custom order.
