Our Wedding

Our wedding day, minus the weather, was absolutely perfect!
From the time I was a little girl, I always dreamed about my wedding. Our wedding was so perfect, I have a hard time describing it, there are really no words that say how unbelievably happy I was on my wedding day. People say I was "glowing" the entire day. I felt beautiful, my husband was so handsome in his blues..all the tiny details were perfect!
I was in giant stress/panic mode during the days leading up to the wedding. I'm sure people thought I was going to be a Bridezilla the day of. But honestly, things were out of my hands at that point and I just had to "go with the flow"....even when I realized I forgot to give my wedding planner the guestbook! So, after a quick trip to the hotel (where once again the workers said our out of town guest bags were the best they have ever seen!) the day began. Hair for over an hour and makeup back at my house, courtesy of my friend Janelle. The photographer took shots of EVERYTHING. And our other photographer took pictures of Danny getting ready, I can't wait to see those! Everyone said he was VERY nervous before the ceremony!
I put my dress on and everything felt perfect. That's when it hit that I was getting married! I was nervous the entire limo ride (and didn't even get mad when the driver said he locked my bouquet in the garage!) My Dad was doing shots and sharing with my bridesmaids..real classy stuff happened during that short limo ride!
Then it was time to walk down the aisle. I know everyone was staring, but all I could focus on was Danny. I heard crying and "aw's" while we were giving our vows. It was a perfect 8 minute ceremony! Short, sweet and painless!
During our cocktail hour, our guests enjoyed mimosas, bloody marys, and cheese. And the bridal party was escorted to a BAR to do our portraits. OH.MY.GOD. I have to wait eight long weeks to see them! My photographers had me up on a bar, rolling around..it was totally insane and they are going to come out SO perfect! I feel like our engagement pictures were sweet and innocent and our wedding pictures are going to be wicked sexual and flirty!
Our reception was AMAZING. The little details were perfect. Our cake was beautiful, the tables looked great, and they set up the guestbook just like I wanted them to! It was different and I think people really liked it!
There were dancing, games, AMAZING food, lots of laughs, an open bar, awesome friends and family. I was on the dance floor most of the time. Our DJ's were PERFECT, they played so many different kinds of music. And even surprised us with ANOTHER photographer (so I had a total of THREE) and a videographer. SO COOL!
