Many predicted that the economy after Chinese New Year will be gloomy for Asia. Hence, they will be a lot of us who may cut down expenses and thus not spending in buying accessories. So I would encourage all of us to observe the economy situation before investing a lot in your inventory and spending unneccessarily. I am not sure if the impact of the downturn is going to be more severe than 1997 during the Asian financial crisis.
Having said that, the best thing to invest is to invest at ourselves. It is probably still a good time to pick up a new hobby or polish up your existing jewelry making skills. With internet aroundl, there are many resources out there for you to learn and share. Attending jewelry making workshops/ classes is another way for you to learn from others. The money paid for the class is usually worth the investment as you get to see the actual 'Sifu' in action and you get to 'hands-on' on the spot.
So keep learning and sharing. By the time the storm is over, you should be able to enjoy the fruit of your hardwork!
Here is the Bull pendant for you. Wishing you guys the bull bull year the year in 2009.
