I've been making architectural models nonstop and I feel like my forearms are getting super strong from cutting thick cardboards. I feel tough and muscular just like when I used to play volleyball and did cheerleading. seriously, back them my arms and thighs were hard as a rock. (with a little exaggeration hehe)
