Introducing A New Member - Talented Jewelry Artist Wendy Sue From The Work Room

I would like to introduce you to Wendy Sue who has just joined us as our club member.

The following is the brief written by Wendy Sue:

I'm Wendy from the place where you can find Malaysia'a very own leaning tower of Pisa, Teluk Intan in Perak. And just in case you are wondering, Sue is also my real name, part of my Chinese name to be exact. :)

I'm a law graduate from University of London. Was teaching English and Malay language in a kindergarten and private home tutoring for the past two and a half years until I decided to quit recently and to turn jewelry artist into my prefession.

Largely a self taught artist, this is the boldest carreer move I have ever make but I believe in having passion in what you do and jewelery making is part of my passion. I used the word 'part' because craftwork is where my passion lies. I have been doing craftwork for as long as I remember. I just love to create beautiful things with hand. It is the satisfaction derived from the process of creating something out of nothing from your two bare hands that give me the 'high', so to speak. :)

Jewelry making was only something I picked up less than 3 years ago. I only started selling my creations about a year ago. I first started selling through Etsy.com but moved over to sell through my own blog some 7 months ago. That was also the same time I started blogging about jewelry making in The Work Room.

Wendy has 2 blogs. Go to http://atelierwendysue.blogspot.com/to go to her creations and http://atelierworkroom.blogspot.com/where she shares her thoughts and tips in beading.

Wendy, I would like to welcome you once again to Handmade Jewelry Club and hope to see your sharing and creations soon!

Cheers
