Tarandip Kaur is actually a student (going 19 this year), just ended her GCE 'A' Level results. Jewellery making actually started off as a hobby back when she was 15-16 and its partly because her mom and her love earrings!
Tarandip Kaur is actually a student (going 19 this year), just ended her GCE 'A' Level results. Jewellery making actually started off as a hobby back when she was 15-16 and its partly because her mom and her love earrings!
So she decided to try her hands on some jewellery making, for now its not a full time job yet, but if given the chance, she would love to have it as a full time job as she enjoy making them alot.
Tarandip's inspirations mainly come from her mom. She is Punjabi (Sikh), so in her designs she try to incoporate some indian feel, though at time she still make modern pieces. Basically her ideas comes from everyone, the people, the things she see on the road, etc.

According to Tarandip, it is pretty hard to find unique items as there are limited bead stores in Singapore. She spend like hours in her favourite bead store just looking for the perfect beads/charms that fit her idea.
