Featuring: StudioDax's Hoop Earrings!

Hello Handmade Jewelry Club members! I had some free time and again, as usual, I went on “web window shopping,” searching for interesting, beautiful jewelry designs and crafts people like me. In my last article, I visited Michelle’s blog and featured her unique bangle bracelet but this time I’ll be featuring StudioDax Blog and will be sharing a free tutorial from Dax, herself, on how to make hoop earrings.

To tell you a little about our featured artist for today - Dax is a passionate creator of unique jewelries who loves working with metal and through her blog, StudioDax, you’ll get the chance to have a peek on her beautiful creations. Not only a full-time jewelry designer, Dax is also an instructor and offers classes at San Francisco Bay Area.

And here is a simple design that I find, really, elegantly simple.

Like what I’ve mentioned in my past articles, I am the type who is minimalistic or who sees less is more. That is why I fell in love with this hoop earring that Dax has designed and shared.

See how simple it is?

I can make lots of it with different color of beads or Swarovski that will go with whatever outfit I may wear.

I can even make these earrings in different sizes. I think a bigger hoop will also look great, isn’t it?

Anyway, I won’t keep you waiting anymore to try out this free tutorial from StudioDax Blog. I’m sure you’ll have fun learning from a passionate jewelry designer like Dax. And if you are also a crafter, an artist, a jewelry maker or even just someone who loves accessories, please feel free to send out a message or leave a comment and we’ll feature your own creations, too.

Handmade Jewelry Club would also like to share this free tutorial from Karla Schafer of Auntie's Beads onEarring Construction.
