My Creative Space

Currently on the bead board is a whole new design, inspired by Victorian jewelry fashions, of course! Quite a tedious process as there are many components to beadweave, but I'm sure the results will be fabulous!

As you can tell, the images are not very good (funny coming from the one posting photography tutorials!) Unfortunately, my studio is in the north end of the house with tiny little windows...doesn't make for very good photography light. I do have a swing-arm halogen lamp that swings over my work area which makes for some bright beading, however, it doesn't do much for my pictures! :) My cream-colored beading pad doesn't help much as it casts a yellow tone on everything. I'm still looking for a replacement that will fit my irregular space.

Coming up next on the bead board will be a sweet little wire worked bracelet with beaded components. Another tedious, but pleasurable, beading session. So now that you have the sneak peak at the pieces, hopefully next week I will be able to show it in progress on the bead board.
