First, if this blog offends anyone, I am sorry. It's a blog, it's something I've been thinking about and something that I'm now curious about.
Yesterday we went to Walmart to do our grocery shopping. We go to Walmart a lot, and so do a lot of other Marine wives. So, this has been on my mind for a while now. And the second we pull into the parking lot it springs back into my mind. Marine wives are fat. (Now ladies, I'm not talking about you...because before I even wrote this blog I went through my followers and I assure you none of you are fat.) I asked Danny if he has ever noticed this, he laughs and says "yes, the guys have a theory why." So, of course, I ask what that theory is. He says, "because when some guys deploy they don't want to have to worry about their wives cheating or guys hitting on them." Now the wheels are spinning in my head. Is that true? Do us skinny-ish girls have something to worry about? Are we in fact fat and just didn't know? Or are we just that kick-ass and trustworthy that our guys don't have to worry? (And to all the guys who think that marrying a fat chick will stop them from cheating..guess again, a cheater is a cheater no matter what the dress size.)
